H1N1 Vaccination Clinic

On December 11, 2009 from 1:00PM to 7:00PM there will be a H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for Priority Groups only (see below)

Priority Groups

• PREGNANT WOMEN
• CAREGIVERS OF CHILDREN 6 MONTHS OLD AND YOUNGER
• CHILDREN AGES 6 MONTHS TO 24 YEARS
• PEOPLE AGES 25-64 YEARS WHO HAVE MEDICAL CONDITIONS
• HEALTHCARE WORKERS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL
