On December 11, 2009 from 1:00PM to 7:00PM there will be a H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for Priority Groups only (see below)
Important: Bring your Driver's License
Priority Groups
- PREGNANT WOMEN
- CAREGIVERS OF CHILDREN 6 MONTHS OLD AND YOUNGER
- CHILDREN AGES 6 MONTHS TO 24 YEARS
- PEOPLE AGES 25-64 YEARS WHO HAVE MEDICAL CONDITIONS
- HEALTHCARE WORKERS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PERSONNEL
