H1N1 Vaccination Clinic

There will be a H1N1 Vaccination Clinic on December 16, 2009 from 1:00PM to 7:00PM at the Cattaraugus Fireman's Club, South Street, Cattaraugus, New York 14719

Update December 11, 2009: Open to anyone over 6 months of age.

Priority Groups Only

• Pregnant women
• Children and youth ages 6 months to 24 years
• Individuals who live with or provide care for infants under 6 months of age
• Health Care Workers and Emergency Services Personnel
• Individuals ages 25 to 64 years who have medical conditions that put them at higher risk for serious illness and complications, including cancer, blood disorders, chronic lung disease, asthma, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disorders, liver disorders, neurological disorders, neuromuscular disorders and weakened immune systems.
