Olean H1N1 PODs Postponed
Dr. Kevin Watkins, Public Health Director for the Cattaraugus County Health Department, reiterated the following statement he had made previously on November 4th: “Due to the increased numbers of late requests for the H1N1 vaccine within our previously scheduled priority Points of Distribution (POD) clinics, and the limited supply within our vaccine stockpile, the Health Department will have to postpone the following additional scheduled clinics”:
-
Tuesday, November 10th, Olean Bethany Lutheran Priority POD
-
Wednesday, November 25th, Olean Bethany Lutheran Priority POD
These clinics will be re-scheduled as soon as additional supplies of H1N1 vaccine become available. The Health Department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and reminds everyone to continue to contact their own primary care providers for vaccine.
