County Clerk Warns of Deed Copy Scam
Cattaraugus County Clerk James K. Griffith is urging all county residents to be very aware of a company called "New York Retrieval Inc". This company is sending letters to property owners in the county offering to secure a certified copy of the deed for their property for a fee of nearly $60.00.

Enhanced Drivers Licenses available 09/16/2008
All three Motor Vehicle Offices in Cattaraugus County will be offering the new Enhanced Driver Licenses beginning Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 8:00am. The staff in the Olean, Little Valley and Delevan Offices have received training in the processing of these licenses which will allow border crossing between the United States, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean without the need for a US Passport.
